All products sold on bigm.co.za are digital products delivered electronically by download link. No physical goods are manufactured, packaged, or shipped.

By purchasing a digital product you acknowledge that:
• You are purchasing a digital file, not a physical product
• Delivery is electronic and immediate upon payment confirmation
• You will not receive any physical goods or printed materials
• Digital files cannot be physically returned once downloaded
• Your purchase grants you a personal-use licence only

3. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE
All digital products on bigm.co.za are the original intellectual property of Big M Productions, protected under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978, the ECT Act 25 of 2002, and the Berne Convention.

Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sharing of any Big M Productions digital product is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of copyright law. Violators will be pursued under South African law.

4. CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT NOTICE
Big M Productions operates in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. As a consumer, you have the right to fair treatment, accurate product descriptions, and to lodge complaints. 

The CPA's right of return does not apply to digital goods that have already been accessed or downloaded.
