BIG M PRODUCTIONS — REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Big M Productions, we stand behind every product we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we take pride in the quality and value of our event planning kits.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase on bigm.co.za, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — IMPORTANT NOTICE

All products sold on bigm.co.za are digital products delivered by instant download. No physical goods are shipped.

Because digital files are delivered immediately upon payment and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, our refund policy differs from physical product policies. This is standard practice for digital goods and is permitted under South African consumer law.

Your files are delivered to your email within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

3. NO REFUND SITUATIONS

We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
• You changed your mind after downloading the files
• You purchased the wrong kit by mistake
• You did not read the product description before purchasing
• You do not have the software required to open the files (Google Sheets, Google Slides, or Microsoft Word — all free)
• The product did not meet your personal expectations when it was accurately described on the product page
• More than 7 days have passed since your purchase

4. WHEN WE WILL REFUND YOU

We will gladly issue a full refund in the following situations:
• Your download link did not work and we were unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours of you contacting us
• The files delivered were corrupted or incomplete and we could not provide working replacements
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error


Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to be considered.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Please include:
• Your full name
• Email address used at checkout
• Order number
• The product purchased
• A clear description of the issue
• Screenshots of any errors (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

6. OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

While we maintain the policy above for abuse prevention, we genuinely care about your experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us before assuming a refund is not possible.

7. SOUTH AFRICAN CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT

This policy is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) as it applies to digital goods.
