1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or purchasing from bigm.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or make any purchases. Big M Productions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NATURE OF SALE
All products sold on bigm.co.za are digital products delivered by instant electronic download. No physical goods are manufactured, stored, or shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your download link within 60 seconds. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital files for your own personal or internal business event planning purposes.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENCE
All content sold on bigm.co.za is the exclusive intellectual property of Big M Productions and is protected by South African and international copyright law. When you purchase a product, you are granted a single-user personal licence. This licence does NOT permit you to:
• Resell, redistribute, or share the files with any third party
• Upload the files to any file sharing platform, website, or marketplace
• Claim ownership or authorship of the files
• Use the files to create competing products or services
• Sell or transfer your licence to another person or business
• Remove or alter any branding, watermarks, or copyright notices within the files
Breach of this licence may result in legal action and claims for damages.
5. PERMITTED USE
You may use Big M Productions digital products for:
• Planning your own personal events
• Planning corporate or business events for your employer or your own company
• Editing and personalising the templates with your own event details
• Printing templates for personal use at your event
• Sharing editable templates with your immediate event planning team
6. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be completed in full before digital files are released. Big M Productions reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
7. REFUNDS & RETURNS
Our full Refund Policy is available at bigm.co.za/policies/refund-policy. Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, refunds are only available in specific circumstances where a technical failure on our part prevents you from accessing your purchased files.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Big M Productions provides all digital products "as is." We make no warranty that the products will meet every specific requirement, will be error-free, or will guarantee a specific financial saving or event outcome. Results depend on how the tools are used and individual event circumstances.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Big M Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
Our products use Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Word — owned by their respective companies and subject to their own terms. Our planning app is hosted on Netlify. Event data entered into the app is stored locally in your browser only and is not collected by Big M Productions.
11. PRIVACY & DATA
We collect your name and email solely for delivering your files and providing support. We do not sell or share your personal information. Our full Privacy Policy is available at bigm.co.za/policies/privacy-policy. The planning app does not collect or transmit any data you enter.
12. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
When using bigm.co.za, you agree not to:
• Attempt unauthorised access to the Website or its systems
• Use automated tools to scrape content from the Website
• Submit false or fraudulent purchase information
• Initiate fraudulent chargebacks for products that were successfully delivered
• Use our products or Website for any unlawful purpose
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including:
• The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008
• The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act)
• The Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA)
• The Copyright Act 98 of 1978
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Big M Productions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
